About Goodfriends Communication

Goodfriends Communication has been teaching communicatins skills for over a decade to business and the public. Rick Goodfriend is the owner and main facilitator. After mediating an intense dispute using these skills, Mr. Goodfriend knew that these skills were authentic.

He continues to use the same skills daily with his personal and business relationships. He uses what he teaches.

How did he come to teaching these skills for MCLE credits? Several attorneys in his public workshops found the skills dramatically useful in their life and asked for some more workshops that would help develop a connection with the clients, hostile witnesses and other challenging people that they might encounter and have skills that would be an asset to their profession.

They suggested that he offer MCLE hours and these skills to other attorneys. These proactive communication skills were adapted for the attorney profession.

Rick is author of "I Hear You, But..." that consists of over 70 communication tips and several CD's. The tips come from the suggestions to participants of World Empathy Day that he founded 3 years ago.

These tips go to people all around the world, such as Romania, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Viet Nam, Korea, Iraq, and India. It is his hope that it helps to motivate a peaceful consciousness and existance. World Empathy Day is celebrated each Wednesday.

Rick is also certified by the International Association of Corporate Speakers. His keynotes and seminars are filled with professionalism and humor. He has also appeared on over 200 Television Shows discussing these communication skills.
